Awareness campaign - 3rd grade Graphic and Digital Media / Erasmus at L'Idem Perpignan

// //

In a team of 2 we needed to brainstorm and come up with ideas for an awareness campaign on alcohol abuse for a target audience aged 13-18.

The inspiration for the above poster is again a French saying "encore une pour la route" (just one other for the road) which is often used. In this context it has a double meaning.

Another idea came from te fact that we act ridiculous when drunk, and everyone thinks that's funny, but in fact it can be dangerous. Prolonging another French saying "le ridicule ne tue pas" (ridicule does not kill) with "enfin, pas toujours" (at least not always) makes a powerful baseline.

For the image below, the assignment was to work only with typography.
I chose to create an add for BAPN (Belgian network against poverty) focussing on the fact that poverty can affect us all, and having less money doesn't make that person less human.
