Wikipedia reports that on Monday, December 29,
1975, LaGuardia Airport in New York was bombed, leaving 74 injured and 11
killed. On the same day, a Norwegian oiltanker disappeared from radar and,
under the leadership of Minister Leo Tindemans, the contours of the European
Union were shaped. It was the day I was born.
That day is a long time ago. Meanwhile, I
successfully finished secondary school and gained some professional
experience. Initially as an administrative employee, later on as DTPer on behalf of a
bank’s communication department.
After having followed numerous evening classes
(between 2000 and 2011) and a 4-month training in Paris (2005), I finally opted
for a full-fledged ‘day-time’ education. In 2013, I took ‘motivated time credit’ and signed up for a 3-year Bachelor program in Graphic and
Digital Media at AP University College in Antwerp.
The third and last year I spent in France. During the first semester I attended L'Idem in Perpignan, and during the second semester I did an internship at Laval Virtual. In June I graduated "magna cum laude", and now I'm looking for the job of my dreams. Print, online and digital, I love it all, so a nice cocktail of it all would be perfect!
